Instead of rapidly stopping him, Elena performed alongside: “Ouch! Are you Rosa?”, to which the scammer replied: “I thought you had already forgotten about me. Yes, I am Rose. Elena took a while to answer and the scammer seemed uneasy: “Elena, please answer me. I need to talk to you”, she insisted, whereas she added once more later that“ The factor is, I’m at JFK airport. I’m touring to Spain. I missed my flight due to a passport drawback.

The scammer tried to persuade her that her luggage had been in Mérida and he or she wanted cash, to which Elena responded by giving free rein to her creativeness: “Excuse me? Do you want me to do you a favor? You just don’t remember what you did to me a few years ago or what. You’re screwing my boyfriend three days before our wedding and you want me to do you a favor now? But what a tough face you have Rosa Melano, really”, whereas she provides later that “Aunt, I used to be engaged to Paco Mermela, that very properly that the Mermelas are an excellent household. And you steal my boyfriend earlier than we get married. Do you suppose I’m right here to do you a favor? Damn dude, it is simply unbelievable.”

Before Elena’s sudden phrases, the scammer was speechless with out realizing what to say, leaving a surreal dialog that has fascinated the networks. In just some days, the tweet with the Whatsapp screenshots has greater than 172,000 ‘likes’ and hundreds of customers have praised Elena’s ingenuity for fooling the scammer.
